Nardellos in Scrambled Eggs

The title really says it all (provided you know what a Nardello pepper is). What a good idea and great start to the day... with cappuccino spiked with a touch of vanilla, of course!

For something to look forward to, I got the ingredients for the Chinese beef and potato stew that I learned to make while living with a Chinese fellow in London this summer, and I'm probably going to mess with the recipe because the grocery store had fresh maitake mushrooms available (which I've never even seen before)! Once I make it and taste it, I'll comment on it. Ooh boy.
